My Bio
Hi, I’m Trina Sandlie – Founder of Outside Edge. I started Outside Edge because I believe leadership is the single greatest driver of culture and performance and I’ve seen what happens when leaders are empowered to show up differently. For over 20 years, I’ve worked across industries to help organizations create meaningful change by investing in their people.
Before launching Outside Edge, I held senior leadership roles in HR at companies like North Memorial Health, Allina Health, Deluxe Corporation, and Xcel Energy. I’ve led large teams, navigated complex change, and coached leaders through some of their most pivotal moments.
Along the way, I’ve earned a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and become certified in Prosci Change Management as well as other tools that support the practical approach brought to every engagement.
At Outside Edge, we bring candid insights, practical solutions, and a deep commitment to helping leaders and organizations grow. Because that’s where lasting change begins.
